Shipping Policy

We deliver your product to the address you provided with the order. You can not change your address if we have already sent the package. PostNL takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of your order. If this does not happen, you can request us to (a) immediately repay the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value)

Return & Exchange Policy

 Returns

According to the law, you can always remit products remotely within 14 days after you receive it. You can do this by sending an email to info@frederixcoffee.com. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account.

There is an exception to the coffee beans, since this product belongs to food. In this case you have no reflection time.

During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging carefully. You may only unpack the product and use it to the extent that is necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.
